We provide consultation services for homeowners who want to know how much money and work will be involved from a renovation perspective. Below is a list of pricing options. Be sure to click on the item you’re interested in for all the details of the service.
1-hour in-person walk-through of your home
Discussion of as many possible projects during 1-hour period
Assessment of crawlspace and attic from a renovation perspective, when applicable
Discussion of design ideas that could potentially be leveraged for home
Discussion of any “red flags” from a renovation perspective (based off what is inspected and potentially based on age of home)
Verbal ballpark of starting costs for desired renovation(s)
Does not include:
Final fixed price estimates for any renovation needs (read more about our estimation process here).

Starting costs for desired renovation needs (as well as what may save you on costs and what can hike up the price)
Written design/layout recommendations (if applicable)
Comprehensive list of local resources for renovation materials
Comprehensive list of local subcontractors for any upfront design planning required
Detailed list of order of operations for renovation process as well as ballpark timing
Does not include:

Renderings of proposed design (to be priced out separately based on scope of the project discussed during in-person consultation)
